Fixing tutorial panels bug

Dear players,

Thank you for reporting bugs related to hints in the tutorial. We fixed it and now all gestures tutorial panels are displaying correct informations. Additionaly we added option to change video settings for those with older hardware. In some cases low quality is able to make game up to 2 times faster than high quality so we hope that now every windows user will be able to enjoy our game. Let's stay in touch ;)
